MOBALE offers a diverse range of adaptive sports designed specifically for blind and visually impaired athletes. Our programs emphasize skill development, safety, and fun while building confidence and independence.
Goalball
Goalball is a Paralympic team sport designed specifically for blind and visually impaired athletes. Three players per team defend their goal while trying to roll a ball with bells past the opposing team.

Wrestling
Wrestling is an excellent sport for visually impaired athletes because physical contact maintains constant awareness of opponent position. Our program teaches fundamental techniques in a safe, supportive environment.

Swimming

Track & Field
Track & Field offers diverse athletic opportunities from running to throwing events, all adapted for visually impaired athletes.

Disc Golf
Disc Golf combines outdoor recreation with skill development. This low-impact sport is accessible and enjoyable for athletes of all skill levels.

Soccer & Kickball
Soccer and Kickball are team sports that foster cooperation, cardiovascular fitness, and fun. We use balls with bells and verbal cues for successful play.

Yoga & Functional Fitness
Yoga and Functional Fitness round out our program with flexibility, strength, and mindfulness training that supports all other athletic activities.
