Ways to Get Involved
Athletes
Are you a blind or youth with visual impairments interested in trying new sports and developing your athletic skills? Our Summer Sports Education Camp welcomes athletes from Maine and surrounding states.
What to expect:

Volunteers
MOBALE's success depends on dedicated volunteers who share our passion for empowering youth with visual impairments. No previous experience working with visually impaired individuals is required!
Volunteer opportunities:
- Camp Counselors - Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to athletes
- Sports Instructors - Lead specific sport activities and coaching
- Junior Counselors - Former participants who mentor new athletes
- Support Staff - Help with logistics, meals, and operations
